Tiruttani, later He moved to Tirupati for higher education in 1896.

Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan Completed his Batchelor’s and Master’s Degree in Philosophy from Madras Christion College (in 1906 and 1908 respectively) .He want to be studied Mathematics but by chance he continued study in philosophy ,His family wealth condition is not good , the cousin passed from same college passed his philosophy textbook to Radhakrishnan.
while pursuing the bachelor degree Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan wrote a thesis on “ The Ethics of Vedanta and Metaphysical Presuppositions “,the thesis was published in Radhakrishnan 20s .

Radhakrishnan Started his Academic career in 1909, He was Appointed as Philosophy of Department at Madras presidency college Later he was selected as professor of Philosophy by University of Mysore in 1918 , while this time Radhakrishnan had written many articles for journal of repute include The Quest, Journal Philosophy & International Journal for ethics and Completed his first booked also.” The Philosophy of Rabindranath Tagore“. The book was published in 1918. later in 1921 Radhakrishnan was appointed as professor of philosophy to obtained the King George V Chair of Mental and Moral Science at the University of Calcutta. He represented the University of Calcutta at the Conference of the Universities of the British Empire in June 1926 and at the International Conference of Philosophers at Harvard University in September 1926.
In 1929 the Radhakrishnan was invited to take post Vacted by J. Estlin Carpenter at Manchester college this was the Opportunity gave to him lecture to students of University of Oxford on Comprative religion . for this service he was honoured by knight by George V in 1931 .
He was appointed as Vice Chancellor in Andhra University (1931-1936) and Banaras Hindu University ( 1939 to 1948).
Political
Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan represented India at UNESCO (United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization) from 1946 to 1952. He was part of India’s delegation shortly after the country joined UNESCO following its establishment in 1945.
During this period, he contributed significantly to promoting India’s philosophical and cultural heritage on the global stage.
He also served the Nation as Ambassador of India to Soviet Union. He was also elected to the Constituent Assembly of India. Radhakrishnan elected as First Vice President of of India ( 1952 to 1962 ) .
Later he elected as Second President of India (1962 to 1967).
