The one female boxer who won the six times Gold Medal at World Amateur Boxing Championship and who qualified the 2012 Summer Olympics where she committed with 51Kg under category and won bronze medal , we are talking about the an Indian Olympic boxer "Marry Kom" .
In 2014 Asian games which held in Incheon (South Korea) , Mary kom is the first female candidate who won a gold medal under Flyweight category. She is also became the first Indian female boxer to win a gold medal at the 2018 Commonwealth Games, triumphing in the flyweight category (45kg to 48kg). Mary Kom also holds a groundbreaking record of becoming the only boxer, a six-time Asian Amateur Boxing Champion.
She Honoured by Padma shri , Padma Bhushan , Padma Vibhushan, Rajiv Gandhi Khel Ratan Award and Arjuna Award.
